  • Search for the customer on STS, check if an existing open lead and process (or else create a new lead)

For walk-ins, SE’s can search for the customer with the name/surname and either a cell phone or an email address. Instead of just creating a new lead check that there is not an existing lead against your name from our online sources. Then process/quote on the online lead first. You do not need to create a new lead for every quote.

Is there reporting available for you on Salesforce?

A full set of reports is available for your group and sales managers and executives can even clone existing reports for their own use. Reports are in real time.

For online test drive leads, it is important to assign them. What does a sales manager have to do?

  • The sales manager must create an opportunity list on salesforce and ensure that the Sales consultant field is filled in. Sales Executives can find this lead on STS. Sales Managers need to ensure that their staff know this process

  • Sales Managers must assign the lead if not assign to a sales consultant. Sales consultants can find the lead on STS by themselves

Sales Managers must ensure that they have an opportunity list setup for Test Drives and make sure that every Sales Consultant name is filled in against the dealership on the lead. Sales Executives must be made aware to process these leads and create a duplicate lead.
