A guest’s first impressions is created by the way you greet them, so we make sure we are polite and friendly. As guests are walking into the club – we ensure someone is slowly walking towards their direction. Approach guests with a sincere smile and greet them in a friendly but professional manner. If there is only one person standing in front of you, never ask “Are you alone?” or “Table for one?” – we rather ask “Will someone be joining you?” or “Will it be a table for yourself?”

It’s important that guests are greeted and seated by a waitron / manager. We never seat guests and walk away. The most important thing is to make your guests feel welcome. Ensure you have introduced yourself clearly once guests are seated, before presenting the menu.
