The first step for an Agility customer nearing contract end is a free pre-grounding inspection by Dekra, an independent third party. This ensures fairness by assessing the vehicle using the Mercedes-Benz Fair Wear and Tear Guide. After the inspection, the Mercedes-Benz Agent completes and finalizes the grounding via the Vehicle Inspection system.
